Performance Gym & Fitness is located just off Doddington Road, Lincoln.

We are a local business run by Professional IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Laurie Carr and his team of Personal Trainers.

The core aim of Performance Gym & Fitness is to give you access to some of the best quality lifting equipment in a local family-run, friendly environment.

You won't find the distraction of fluffy towels, saunas, or overcrowded weight areas like the big commercial gyms. We like to focus more on why you are really at the gym which is ultimately getting members results!

We do this through providing FREE & PAID services such as nutrition coaching, training plans, and supplement advice.

The steam room and fancy lockers are never going to get you that dream summer body.

All members will feel part of the community through our online private Facebook Group and our friendly staff that are available 7 days per week.
